Why refer clients to other resources?

Counseling is a complex business and many times we lean on community partners to ensure our clients or prospective clients get the best services possible; the below groupings are a selection of the community resources we refer to.  As always, call (612-223.8898) or email with questions.

Although all of our clinicians work with adult clients across a wide variety of diagnoses & symptoms, there are times when we refer to outside of our organization to help clients who have a need for higher levels of care, are under-insured, or have very specific needs.  Call or email us and we can talk through your situation to make sure you are positioned for success.

outpatient mental health is an instrumental aspect on the road toward better health and chemical balance as we focus on the underlying trauma, depression, family communication, and other triggers which drive people to abuse chemicals.  Many times, when someone is in the throes of their struggle with addiction they will require higher levels of care focused specifically on chemical dependency.   Call or email us and we can talk through your situation to make sure you are positioned for success.

Neurological testing can have a very powerful effect on someone’s life.  Although a number of CARE’s team members have been trained for psychological assessments, we do not currently offer testing services.  That being said, when test results are available their results are directly integrated into the client’s diagnosis and treatment planning.  Call or email us and we can talk through your situation to make sure you are positioned for success.

CARE’s team works with many individuals, families, and couples dealing with the mental health diagnoses directly tied to eating disorders and self image.  Our team and outpatient mental health is an instrumental aspect on the road towards better health and issues associated with food, body image, weight, and/or eating disorders – CARE’s counselors focus on the underlying trauma, depression, family/relational communications, and other triggers which impact body image.  Depending on where an individual is on their life journey they will require higher levels of care focused specifically on stabilizing moods and dangerous eating behaviors.  Call or email us and we can talk through your situation to make sure you are positioned for success.

People’s Incorporated offers a warm and welcoming safe place for you to stay to work on your mental health. You will meet one-on-one with a caring professional to assist you through your journey. Your time with us will include individual and group time, physical health assessments and the support you need to feel better. We are open 24/7 and ready to help.
