lynn lake therapist

There are many times throughout the journey of parenting when you may wonder if you’ve taken a wrong turn. Maybe things feel harder than you’d like right now. Perhaps you and your child are not connecting well, you’re not sure how to handle their challenging behaviors, your children are not getting along well with one another, or you and your co-parent are not on the same page.

Seeking therapy is a helpful step toward finding balance and skills to address your concerns. I aim to provide a welcoming and non-judgmental space in which we will explore these challenges together using a therapeutic approach and pace that feels right for you.

Whether I am working with children, adolescents or adults, I incorporate a blend of approaches to meet the unique needs of each person, including strengths-based, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I value the unique experiences, wisdom, and culture of each individual.

As a graduate student currently completing my master’s degree and pursuing clinical licensure, I work under the supervision of a Licensed Social Worker (LICSW).
