Everyone experiences areas in which they are challenged to perform. School, career, and relationships are examples in which we may face instances where we need to prepare, perform, and accept our mistakes as opportunities to learn and grow. Although ideally we would be able to persevere in all situations, the reality is that there are times in which we may feel confused, anxious, hopeless, or unsure if we are up to the task. That is perfectly normal! I want to support you in achieving your best self, and the best place to start is exactly where you are now.
I connect well with adolescents, young adults, and individuals who are striving to forge a chosen life path. Coming from a sport and performance psychology background, I do not think that stress is necessarily a bad thing, but by developing skills to address life’s challenges we can be successful. I strive to support growth, wellness, and optimal performance in all areas of life. My goal is to help you achieve a level of self-awareness, acceptance, and purpose so that you can be the driver of your life on the road to achieving your full potential.
I am under supervision while working towards clinical licensure.
