Life can feel like a series of waves crashing into the shore, bringing challenges and changes. These waves can feel overwhelming and isolating when you are on your own. I want to support you through life’s unpredictability and help you navigate through the storm to calmer seas. As a therapist, I focus on our sessions being centered around you and your specific needs, with each session gaining a clearer understanding of your story and what makes you, you. I strive to create a space that feels open, accepting, and non-judgmental for you to share your struggles and strengths. I enjoy working with young adults through adulthood with a variety of cultural backgrounds while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral techniques and Strength-based approaches. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Creighton University and my Master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in Counseling Psychology. When I’m not at work I enjoy hiking, spending time with friends & family, and trying new adventures.
