Twin Cities and Edina Counseling

Life is full of challenges. How we choose to face those challenges impacts the direction of our lives.  I believe that by providing a safe, supportive environment I can help you navigate the challenges you are facing.

I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults. I believe everyone has their own story, and I will work with you individually to develop a treatment plan that honors yours. I hope that by providing a non-judgmental place where you can be heard and understood, you can begin to heal.

During our time together I will incorporate a variety of techniques with a focus on the individual’s story.  I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Techniques with a relational approach during my therapy sessions. I understand each individual faces their own challenges and it is important to work collaboratively to develop an approach that works best for you.

I have experience with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, relational conflict, self-esteem and grief.

I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and my Masters degree from the University of St.Thomas in Counseling Psychology. I completed my practicum within a Minneapolis School Based Clinic.

I am under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist while I work towards completing the requirements for independent licensure.
