If you are experiencing emotional distress, you do not have to face it alone. During our time together, I will aim to provide a space where you feel safe and heard. While seeking help may seem daunting, I will approach our sessions with empathy, warmth, and respect as you work towards healing.
I work with adult individuals, couples, and families who may be addressing life changes, trauma, grief, mental health symptoms, and other obstacles. I am LGBTQ affirmative, and I value the importance of multicultural competency.
